Dr. Jagruti Patel joined the practice after graduating from the combined Brown University program in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. She has introduced the latest advances in plastic surgical technology to the practice. She has been performing aesthetic rejuvenation procedures of the face, body, breast and extremities since becoming Board Certified in 2003. As a result her high volume of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries have enabled her to become a top tier Plastic Surgeon. She is currently the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Northeast Hospital Corporation. In addition, she served as a member of the Board of Trustees for Northeast Hospital Corporation and was Vice President of the Medical staff. Dr. Jagruti Patel believes in delivering high patient satisfaction through her cosmetic and reconstructive surgery procedures and placing the patient’s safety as her highest priority. Dr. Patel is looking forward to growing Premier Plastic Surgery of New England on the North Shore and beyond. She resides in Wenham with her husband, two teen-age boys and her two dogs. In her free time she enjoys educating women in business, pilates, skiing and traveling.
Mahesh M. Patel, MD, was one of the first Plastic Surgeons to serve the North Shore community forty years ago. He is a gold medalist with exceptional experience and training in surgery from India, as well as Board Certified in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery in America. This background resulted in a thriving, cutting edge practice that continues today. Dr. Patel served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Northeast Hospital Corporation for numerous years, as well as Vice President of the medical staff at Beverly Hospital. He is a Trustee of the Evelyn Lilly Lutz Foundation. His practice encompasses a complete range of services that not only rejuvenates and reconstructs but addresses every concern with safety and utmost care. Dr. Patel resides in Wenham with his wife. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his grandchildren.
Keira has been a surgical PA for over 10 years. Keira joined Premier Plastic Surgery of New England in 2010 after working for 3 years in orthopedic surgery. Since joining our practice she has provided both our surgical and non surgical patients with excellent care. She enjoys developing a strong provider patient relationship with each of her patients and gets to know each person individually. She is currently licensed by the NCCPA and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. In her spare time she enjoys running and cooking Vegan meals. Keira and her husband are independent distributors for Young Living Essential Oils and are passionate about helping families live a healthy lifestyle by decreasing the toxin and chemical exposure in their every day life.
Smita M. Patel, originally the Founder/Director of the KayaKalp Skin Care Clinic has authored a number of published skin care articles. Initially trained in UK, today, she is a US trained, licensed aesthetician and a member of the prestigious Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialist (SPSSCS). Currently as the Director of PPSOFNE KayaKalp Med Spa she continues to hone her skills through accreditation and is under the ongoing guidance of an accomplished Ayurvedic Physician in India. She is committed to delivering the highest level of patient/client care and takes a holistic approach that educates patients/clients on skin care procedures as well as lifestyle tips that will supplement and enhance the benefits of her treatments. Smita loves to spend time with her grandchildren.
